Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures, room assignments, and concierge support
- Manage reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques and resourcefulness
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and communication channels across departments
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms, amenities, and local experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of Austin attractions, restaurants, and events
- Basic CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Spanish language skills highly valued
