Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations, billing inquiries, and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving and diplomacy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/PMS) for daily operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador with recommendations for attractions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn PMS systems
- Positive attitude and adaptability to flexible shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15 lbs
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if required for local errands)
