Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and managing the front desk switchboard.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate cash and credit transactions.
- Keeping the front desk area tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
