Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, personalized welcomes and check-ins for guests at the Front Desk.
- Operations: Manage reservations, process payments, and handle billing inquiries accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and relay messages promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues with grace and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Visual Standards: Maintain the lobby and front desk areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and the restaurant staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
