Our team is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for every guest, from check-in to check-out. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, setting the tone for their entire stay.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and handling all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and poise.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere at all times.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
