What You Will Do
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios and billing information.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior hospitality experience necessary – we provide full training.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and property management systems (PMS).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide world-class service.
