Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage incoming phone calls and guest inquiries with courtesy and speed.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and reconcile daily deposits.
- Assist with light maintenance or cleaning duties as assigned to maintain standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
