What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be guest satisfaction and hotel operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the lobby area, concierge desk, and public spaces to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to coordinate guest needs and services.
- Security & Access: Monitor access control systems, verify identification, and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, handle mail and packages, and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with Point of Sale (POS) systems and property management software.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
