Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel software.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the main lobby phone lines.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and concierge requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle basic inquiries and resolve guest concerns with a smile.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we train you!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
