- Maintain the lobby area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in coordinating room service orders and housekeeping requests.
- Handle cash transactions and resolve minor guest issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
