Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests
- Utilize property management systems (Opera, Delphi) for daily operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with technology and property management systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
