Responsibilities
- Manage hotel operations during assigned shifts (overnights, weekends, holidays)
- Lead and mentor front desk, housekeeping, and security teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations with professionalism
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Coordinate emergency procedures and ensure safety compliance
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Availability for flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler/serving permit
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
