Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate visitor parking and manage security access badges as required.
- Provide basic directions and information to guests regarding the facility and local area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
