Responsibilities

  • Operations: Assist in the daily operations of the front desk, including lobby organization and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Security: Monitor security cameras and access logs to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over technical experience.
  • Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite) and experience with PMS software is a strong advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
