- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions

Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Pittsburgh attractions and transportation
