Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage room assignments and resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining strict financial integrity.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks of the front desk area to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Cross-train in other departments to support hotel operations during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for our entry-level positions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude under pressure.
