Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local dining, and directions.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a calm, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and check transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Assist with concierge services and provide recommendations for local attractions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
