Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests at check-in, during stays, and at check-out
- Assist with daily housekeeping duties including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Support food and beverage operations in restaurant and bar service areas
- Manage reservations and inquiries via phone and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards in all operational areas
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
- Valid work authorization in the United States
