Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in public areas
- Assist with event setup and guest services for hotel functions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
