Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed hygiene standards
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to hotel brand standards and eco-friendly cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain organized storage areas and cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
