Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) according to strict brand standards.
- Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces are dusted, polished, and free of smudges.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Organize closets and storage areas efficiently while maintaining a clutter-free environment.
- Sort and transport linens and laundry to the appropriate facilities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the hotel and local authorities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar cleaning role is preferred.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
