Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem resolution
- Perform front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local area knowledge
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
