Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at front desk, valet, or concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and presentation
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
