Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 hourly staff across housekeeping, front desk, and guest services
- Coordinate shift handovers and ensure seamless service transitions
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement corrective actions
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for operational efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with management to optimize shift workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel/hospitality management experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Opera PMS or similar hotel software
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food handling credential
