Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Register guests efficiently, verify information, and process payments accurately.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls, manage the front desk console, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints or concerns immediately and resolve them to ensure a positive stay.
- Operational Support: Assist with mail services, wake-up calls, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in the property management system and handle basic cash handling duties.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior hotel experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
