Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, taking accurate messages and resolving inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Manage front desk operations, including security access, cash handling, and maintaining the lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet high standards.
- Process payments accurately and prepare daily deposits and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light furniture or supplies.
