- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently during assigned shifts
- Manage reservation inquiries and room availability in real-time

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
