Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures using our hotel systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room preparation and public area upkeep
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations

Qualifications
