Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attentiveness
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards
- Support food and beverage services in dining venues and banquets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train our team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
