Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check-in, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Assist with room assignments, key management, and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk reception is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, GuestCentric).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
