Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during weekend shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone, email, or in-person to resolve any issues efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest history records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
