Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and public area maintenance to ensure pristine standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support event setup and meeting room preparations for corporate and social functions
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records

Qualifications
