Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Utilize hotel management software efficiently (Opera/PMS)
- Assist with luggage handling and concierge services
- Uphold strict cleanliness and security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license (for potential errands)
