Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest journey
- Maintain pristine hotel facilities including lobby, pool area, and public spaces
- Process reservations and manage room assignments with accuracy
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and guest request fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license (if required for shuttle services)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
