Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and confirming reservation details accurately.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online reservations with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
