As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We pride ourselves on our premium service standards and are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls, manage the switchboard, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle guest requests, including room service, housekeeping coordination, and local recommendations.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Assist with check-out procedures and prepare necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
