Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform daily room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and communication tools
- Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and concierge duties as needed
- Collaborate with departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students welcome
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license (if va duties required)
