Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest check-in/check-out services using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Manage room reservations, availability, and coordinate housekeeping operations
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room inspections and public area maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in daily briefings and implement guest feedback improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications a plus
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
