Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out and throughout guest stays
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to company standards
- Assist with food & beverage service in hotel restaurant and bar operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop hospitality expertise
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
