Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Operations Management: Manage daily front desk operations, including handling reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security systems, verify identity of guests, and ensure the safety and security of all hotel premises and guests.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly resolve any issues that may arise during the shift to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve guests.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
