Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at front desk, lobby, and common areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Operate reservation systems and basic office equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public spaces
- Collaborate with departments to resolve guest requests efficiently
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
