Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale equipment
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance and dining teams for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/public areas
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
- Previous hospitality experience a plus but not required
