Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and efficient guest check-in/check-out services
- Manage reservations and room status updates using PMS systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
- Assist with luggage handling and facility orientation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
