Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, professional interactions
- Maintain clean and organized public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and dining spaces
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards
- Support F&B operations during peak hours including table service and beverage preparation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies consistently
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive onboarding training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for operating hotel systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred for occasional errands
- Must pass background check and drug screening
