Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bed-making, linen changes, and surface disinfection
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining inventory logs
- Deep-clean public areas including lobbies, pools, and fitness centers
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid work authorization and background check clearance
- Basic English communication skills
