Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized check-in/check-out processes and concierge services
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate housekeeping maintenance requests and ensure guest room standards are met
- Assist with event setup, valet operations, and recreational facility supervision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand service standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (housekeeping, F&B, security) for seamless operations
- Participate in daily briefings and implement safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students in hospitality programs encouraged
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with reservation software
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet positions
- No prior experience required – training provided
