Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during guest check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with daily hotel operations including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Participate in cross-training programs to expand skillset
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to career changers and recent graduates
- Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Texas driver’s license (if transportation required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
