Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/email
- Maintain clean and organized front desk and lobby areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support daily hotel operations as assigned
