Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ staff across 24-hour operations cycles
- Coordinate guest check-in/out with premium efficiency
- Resolve escalated guest issues with 5-star service standards
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance coaching
- Manage inventory and operational budgets
- Collaborate with department heads for seamless service
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel shift management experience
- Proven crisis resolution and conflict management skills
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- ServSafe certification or equivalent
- Strong leadership with team-building abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
