Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform basic housekeeping inspections and maintenance checks
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with on-the-job training
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn systems
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Reliable with flexible availability including weekends
